In the spirit of Collective Impact, the community came together to prioritize Project Safety Net’s goals towards youth well-being and suicide prevention for PSN’s 3-Year Strategic Plan/Roadmap (2017-2020). Collaborative Action Teams were formed to work in the following areas to advance those goals:

  • Community Education, Outreach, and Training
  • Youth Mental Health Care Services
  • Policy and Advocacy
  • Evaluation and Shared Measurement
